Equipment Description

LUMEQ AIR Laser Fume Extractors, manufactured by R.K. ENGG. WORKS PVT. LTD., are advanced industrial filtration systems engineered to remove smoke, fumes, and microscopic airborne particles generated during laser cutting, engraving, and marking processes. Featuring a 4-stage filtration system with Pre Filter, HEPA Filter, Activated Charcoal Filter, and Spark Arrestor, these extractors ensure superior air purification, operator safety, and cleaner production environments. Available in single-arm and double-arm configurations.

Process Flow

  1. Laser-generated fumes are captured at the source. 
  2. Contaminated air enters the extraction unit. 
  3. Spark Arrestor separates sparks and hot particles. 
  4. Pre Filter captures larger airborne particles. 
  5. HEPA and Charcoal filters remove fine smoke and odors. 
  6. Clean air is discharged from the system.
